  Client facing two serious misdemeanor charges of Criminal Mischief and Trespass. Negotiated a plea to two simple misdemeanors with fines and no probation.

State v. L.T. (Jan 2020)

  Client charged with Robbery in the First Degree. Facing mandatory 25 year prison sentence with mandatory 70%. Negotiated reduction of charge whereby client pleads guilty to Robbery in the Second Degree, with the possibility for reconsideration within one year.

  Client facing five years in prison through probation revocation proceedings. Client working through third report of violations. Successfully negotiated a 21 day period of incarceration and discharge from probation.

State v. C.B. (Jan 2020)

  Client charged with Possession with Intent, a tax stamp violation, and four counts of possession of a controlled substance. Facing 34 years in prison with mandatory 1/3. I got involved after client's first attorney was removed from the case. After jury trial, client found guilty of misdemeanor possession counts and placed on probation for two years.

State v. L.V. (Nov 2019)

  Client facing three counts of Neglect of Dependent Person and three counts of Child Endangerment. Client unable to plead to any charge because of immigration issues and if found guilty, client would be deported. All charges dismissed and client released from jail.

State v. W.O. (Nov 2019)

  Client charged with Burglary in the First Degree. Looking at 25 years in prison. Negotiated an agreement whereby client plead guilty to misdemeanor and received a deferred judgment.

State v. M.T (Nov 2019)

 Client facing 2 years in prison after being found guilty of being  Felon in Possession of a Firearm.  Prosecutor forcefully argued for imposition of prison sentence.  Successfully argued for suspended prison sentence and probation. 

State v. D.S. (Nov 2019)

  Client charged with Assault Causing Injury.  After thorough  pre-trial investigation, including depositions and research of accuser's time cards, we successfully showed the  prosecutor the allegations against client were false.  Charges dismissed.
